CCTV Drain report inspects the condition of the drainage runs using CCTV camera access via the inspection chambers to the underground foul drainage system. A report is produced from the findings and will include costings for any recommended remedial repairs.
The Electrical inspection tests the fuseboard and all the circuits and also removes a representative sample of the sockets and switches to perform a visual wiring check. If the property does not comply with the latest IEE regulations the report will provide costings for recommended remedial repairs to bring it up to these standards.
Gas & Central Heating Reports
A Roof report is a visual inspection and report on the condition of the roof covering to the main property, rainwater goods, chimney stacks, soffits and fascias and any other roofs associated with the property.
Structural Engineers inspections look to establish the structural integrity of either part or whole properties and identify the causes of movement. Speciality inspections can be arranged for non-traditional properties or intrusive investigations.
A combined damp and timber report inspects the whole property to report on all damp defects including rising /condensation /penetrating damp and water damage. Any accessible timbers (incl. roof void) are also checked for any signs of wet rot, dry rot fugal decay, or infestation by beetle or wood worm. The report will include costings for remedial works should any be necessary.
A tree / Aboriculturalist report includes an inspection of all trees and vegetation within influencing distance of the property.
A wall tie inspection involves drilling small holes into the brickwork and inserting a small camera to inspect the condition of a sample of wall-ties; or brick removal and examination on the condition of the wall ties.
